IMMIGRATING TO CURAÇAO

Residence by Investment

Curaçao, a constituent country within the Kingdom of the Netherlands, is governed by a democratic system that emphasizes stability, progress, and inclusive governance. 

 

The government of Curaçao has been granting investors residence permit by investment since 2014. The duration of the investor's permit depends on the amount of investment:

  • from $280,000 - residence permit for three years

  • from $425,000 - residence permit for five years

  • from $850,000 - indefinite residence permit

 

Qualified investment options under the program:

  • purchase of real estate

  • investment in business

  • buying securities on the Dutch Caribbean Stock Exchange

 

The government may grant on application a residence permit for investment in other projects.  As with any other investor-related program, it is essential to conduct thorough research, seek professional advice, and ensure compliance with all legal and financial requirements.
